No, most if not all our items are pre loved. This means they will be gently used and may have scratches, creases, marks, warn spots and anything else to show they have been used. We do our best to give you the best of the best when it comes to pre-loved items.

Yes, you can send us the Good Reads account and we can make sure you are not getting a repeat of a book previously read. When sending this please also give us some details on who you are and if you have or have not purchased yet in your email.

Currently, we are not taking returns. Part of the magic is the wrapping of the book. Once the wrapping comes off, the adventure has begun. You are welcome to send us a link to your Goodreads account to make sure you are not getting a book you have previously encountered.
